The Market Executive will be responsible for active leadership in the development and public relations effort for a specific geographic territory.
This position will lead the strategic execution of commercial and retail production/profitability goals for the assigned market.
Job Responsibilities Responsible for the overall execution of market strategic initiatives and performs routine business development activities with all relevant prospects in the assigned market.
Create brand awareness and promote CCU by regularly engaging with business owners and community leaders.
Works with the Marketing team to develop content and programs that align with credit union strategic objectives.
Reviews and provides input on marketing collateral for accuracy, design, and appropriateness.
Monitors current market conditions to ensure CCU is competitive in pricing and programs.
Participation in communication with branch management to ensure effective relationship management and cross-sell conversions as appropriate.
Provides exceptional service to existing and potential members and internal stakeholders.
Performs all initial steps with members/prospects submitting business loan requests.
This includes, but is not limited to, gathering background information and financial data, interviewing, pulling credit, verifying debts, estimating payments, and calculating cash flow.
Assists with initial business loan underwriting for presentation to Business Loan Committee (BLC).
Provides necessary support for underwriting on business loans as outlined in policy.
Answers questions related to business loans from incoming calls and team members.
Ensures that sound analysis and lending procedures are followed.
Acts in compliance with applicable policies, procedures, and regulations.
Ensures compliance with all governing regulations, specifically the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), OFAC and the Patriot Act requirements.
Understands and complies with all state and federal regulations and laws.
Any and all such tasks as assigned by Supervisor.
Supervisory Responsibilities None.
Required Qualifications & Performance Skills Education and/or Experience High School diploma or equivalent.
Degree in business, finance, or another related field preferred.
Minimum five (5) years experience in retail and business development leadership/strategic oversight.
Previous business lending experience strongly preferred.
Management/supervision experience required.
Proven performance record of producing organic referrals that result in closings.
Performance Skills Must be sales oriented.
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Must be able to meet potential and existing members beyond normal working hours and on weekends as necessary.
Must be Self-Confident/Self-Starter/Creative.
Effective Communicator/Presentation Skills.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
